Grievance or B&H?
Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the grievance procedure and bullying and harassment procedure?

Grievance is used by a individual for work related issues i.e. being moved to a walk that you don't know, being moved constantly from your own static duty, etc etc.
B&H should be used against an individual who is threatening, abusive, harrassing, intimidating & bullying, its hard to explain on here but you will know the time when it happens to you.
