Cut off date for £400 payment?

Hi all. Does anyone know the cut off date of when you joined RM and receiving the new agreement payment? I have only been with RM for 4 months and the way that the new agreement was worded, or at least the way i read it, was that everyone would receive £400 if the new agreement went through with PT staff receiving less than this. I didnt receive anything but peeps in my office told me that this has happened before to 'new starts'. Dont expect to get anything now but just curious as to how long you have to be with RM.

I think you have to be there 6 months before you get anything if memory serves me correctly. Sometimes my memory surprises me like that.

Think it's something to do with being on the probationary period, which is 6 months if I'm not mistaken, but could be wrong, although there was no mention of this in the rewards summary of the agreement either
