Sneaky ways of Royal Mail
We all hear stories of RM trying ,or succeeding in sacking staff for the most trivial of missdeanmors.What are the worst ones? For warned is for armed.

fore warned - fore armed...
yep, your spot on...the members need to realise they cannot take any chances with things like their attendance record and finishing at their time.
don't risk anything on a stage 2 of the A/P
and inform the line manager you will be unable to complete your delivery when your finishing time comes
get a witness or put it in writing(don't just say you can't complete - to prove a point or take the piss)

Wasnt there a guy who was sacked after being off again due to being knocked down whilst on his last stage.
Only thing isIt was his DOM who knocked him down
