Due to a disability Im thinking of selling my hours from f/t to p/t...... I have 10 years service, would it be worth it and how much could I get?

If you have to reduce for sickness fair play but if its for your own back pocket you shouldn't do it. RM will just take the duty. If you want to reduce wait until vacancies go up.
