I am a full time postie for over 12 years. I get £347.61p + £12.37p Network 2007 pay protection + about £12 d2ds. I was lead to believe that this new pay increase of £20.60p comprised of the £12.37p + £8.23p for unlimited d2ds? Therefore i will be about £4 a week worse off? I keep seeing some people on here who say they are going to be £20 better of each week ? Thinking it is d2d money? Please correct me if i am wrong ?

Don't think you will find many people on here who think they are going to be better off with the new deal. Just the odd couple who reckon its the best thing since sliced bread

You are correct, I personally will be £16 a week worse off.

I needed confirmation as some off the idiots in my office think they will be getting a £20 aweek payrise !!Little realising they all ready get the ESA .

You are right ESA will go as soon as the Delivery Supplement is paid and D2D payments stopped.

At least I hope they don't stop the ESA before we get the delivery supplement.

Nope! you will be even worse off because you are on pay protection, you wont get the 2% rise. Your basic pay will go up but your pay protection will reduce by the same amount. Don't you just love this union.

Thanks for the kind answers to my question, but i didn,t realise you had to have an a-level in english to be on here? I bet you 90% on here didn,t know what the word meant? Why can,t people on here use plain english as well as not daft text talk?
