i'd say alot of them need to get a backbone,how many managers take a wtl and admit that most of the stuff they are saying is shi*te.if our dom is anything to go by he says one thing to one person and something diffrent to another--spineless i'd say!

if they are as fed up as you say why dont they say no to leighton and co?

We've got the thickest set of managers I've ever seen at our office. There's no initiative at all. They're brainwashed, braindead, illiterate morons. They've got no moral fibre, no self-respect are unable to speak to anyone in a proper manner and completely unable to converse about anything. If it doesn't arrive in an E-mail from some other drone higher up the chain of command, they're knackered. I can't remember the last time I saw one with a newspaper and as for books, forget it. WTL sessions are a joke. They've got it all there written down in front of them but can't read a simple sentence without inserting the words "obviously", "literally" or "sort of" every other word. Worst of all, they most certainly are strike breakers by any definition. It's about time the T.U.C slung the Can't Manage Anything out and its high time the C.W.U started pressurising them to do so. They're the absolute scum of the earth. Class traitors and bullies of the worst type.

how exactly would the job be a lot worse without them?are you saying that some other goofer would have to make the dom's tea in the morning?and they slog on?you are seriously having a laugh,if standing at the end of the aisle watching people sort in the mornings or laying out a few trays is slogging on then im pretty sure most posties could do the job.
