Bully Line or grevience?
If you call this number can you claim to be bullied/horrased for things like unfair work loads etc.
Or is a grievience form a better option.
Is there such a thing as not being given a fair workload unless the walks tested - even tho they can make sure its tested on a queit day etc.
Who the hells in charge of these managers?

Re: Bully Line or grevience?
probably a grievance.
if you have been swore at, called names or other derogatory remarks of a personal nature, by the manager - then that's bullying/harrasment.
write to your union rep also, (keep a copy and ask for a written reply) but the point of the letter will be to get the cwu on board to have your walk tested in fair manner...with the results given to you and the cwu.
hope this is of some help.

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

El_cartero,
Don't trust the Bullying and Harassment procedure. You will end up being accused of making a claim in bad faith and get dismissed.
Grievance is the way to go. What are the details?
P.S. I don't give a s**t what union you do or don't belong to.
