Proposed shift Patterns
New to all these brave new world shift patterns but a question I need to have clarified is if you are on a 4 day week or 9 day fortnight how does that affect the taking of annual leave?

A weeks leave equals five and a half days, so on a six week annual leave instead of 30 days you get twenty seven and a half days, that's a nine day fortnight.
For the four day week your annual allocation will be 24 days.
