Our cover DOM has started keeping the overtime sheet in his drawer so that people have to come to him to fill it in, surely this is intimidation.

They will never change.

Been doing it in our's for ages, annoying but don't bother me that much.

they know i claim every day wherever they hide it(not for much longer though)
