Why not back dated from the 1st April..? Thats the date of the new Tax Year, so robbed once again.

So let me see, that's around £250 for ratified agreement, pass on pay, £12.87 for the D2D and again, not sure of the election stuff - but on top of paying the extra tax and National Insurance - also a nice 9% extra going to the student loans people.

Personally I'll be lucky to see even £400.00 after all of that - nice one guys, couldn't you have at least delayed until after the election material payments?

It is up to your manager when election delivery payments are made. Ours are paid weekly in arrears in the same way as OT and D2D, not all in one lump at the end of the election period.

whilst tax and NI are essentially the same - the 9% is not really the same - it's worked out on earnings over £15000, so if a weekly wage is higher than £288ish , 9% goes to student loan repayment - so the more I get in the same week, the more I pay to SL

if I get the payments staggered - it may or may not push me over the magical £288

Same here, I didn't realise the exact figure was 288 and 9%. I'll be holding back my E11 claim form till the week after lump sum payment if possible.
