Now that d2d are built into our workload and is unlimited do we have delivery taken off to deal with it? I have 600 calls and the guy next to me has 250 and now both get paid the same to deliver them. Doesnt this make duties even more un balanced?

Now that the floater gets paid the same does he/she do a share of your d2ds?

It is just like our office you get paid for 40 hours and are made to do 45 hours with five hours in your own time so with all the extra D2D and a reduction of one hour we will get paid 39 hours and do 50 hours work for nowt extra!.

Local talks/planning activity between DOM, Planner and CWU rep which are then put to a vote will decide how where the 1 hour comes from. The SWW comes in when you have a sequenced mail revsion implemented

Yes and No, revision activity will ensure all duties have enough work to fill out the working day,the amount of DP's does not determine if your overall workload is enough to fill out your working day.

What you on about Daz? "Filling the working day". Guy next to me fills his working day on one of the easiest walks in the office by walking at snails pace.

Then that should be spotted with pegasus and its new settings at the revision and the DOM should go out with the OPG to determine why there is such a difference.
