CWU Thanks for nothing.

Shafted the delivery staff yet the mail centre staff are quids in,£20 d2d suppliment which they dont do.

I dont drive,Do i get a bloody suppliment for driving?

Do i get a feking night allowance suppliment?

Put all the bonuses and suppliments into 1 pot and share it out equally insted of shitting on 1 section of the workforce and lavishing another.

Of all who work within royal mail delivery should surely be the sector looked after the most? Out in all weathers and pretty soon delivering until we are dead on our feet with 6 lots of leaflets on top.

16 years and never felt so feked off with the place.

I work my hours and will never go over,So please managers harrass me to do the impossible workloads you will be putting on us,I will be more than happy to take you on.

6 lots of door 2 door,I can see the pressure being huge on some in our workplace,Dumped door 2 door will be a huge problem now and loads will be sacked for it,Maybe thats what royal mail are looking forward to,Heap the pressure on so they more or less force them into ballsing up and not doing the job properly.

Work your time and dont get pressured into anything more,We are human beings not machines.

Never in doubt from the moment they agreed to this bull s**t,I wonder what the outcome would have been had mail centres not been promised £20 per week?

Sneaky trick and the union rolled over,So fook the union,why should i pay money to them anymore? I need to get my lost pay back.

Walked past some processing staff on my way out the MC and they was all chuffed about the yes vote and the £400 they are gonna get soon. I had to bite my tongue.... :mad

Ok,I was under the impression they did,makes little odds though,Are mail centre staff losing out on £18 per week like i and thousands of others will be?

Will mail centre staff be taking on extra work like delivery?

Will mail centre staff be put on shite shifts like 7am - 3pm ?

Just going to get the video camera out because the mrs will have to video the upbringing of my 2 children,I will either be in work or sleeping because i will be too knackered to do anything else.

Short sighted imbeciles - I can't believe so many voted 'yes', those halfwits will only realise what they've done a few months down the line when they have impossible workloads and an infinite amount of D2D's to deliver.

I cannot believe it as its just come up on the news. They say 2-1 for :shock: :shock: Everyone (other than the few remaining inside staff) says they voted NO.

More work ahead with more stress and less money. :sad:

Maybe not but our inside and counter staff will and they have never posted a leaflet in their RM working lives.

The trouble is the 53000 that didn't bother voting, theres your problem.

21000 voted no, 42000 voted yes and 53000 couldn't be bothered to put an X in a box. so thats an extra 53000 yes votes.


I hope they just don't keep on moaning about the workload when they could have done something.

Bring on the TOTAL BAN of cars on delivery and how the managers are going to cope with getting bags out to people :left:

That about 50% of my office screwed. Whats the betting the managers will try and let cars continue :arrrghhh
