Will office budgets have any say the new weekly shift patterns?

i.e. If an office wants to go a certain way trying to get as many Sats off as possible for the posties can the DOM's refuse by saying its not feasible due to their office budget.

I reckon that unless you have a strong rep then we are going to get even more shafted now than ever before now that the agreement has been voted in.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Dont be fooled, budgets do not set duty structures as higson says, he's right, he knows budgets are set with hours & its these
hours a DOM has to spend that will drive duty structures :crazy: :crazy:
