Pouching Off.

Can anyone tell me what the official line is in pouching off? Driver refusing to lift stuff thats been pouched off in dropbox as he says its out of his way and its not his job.

Need to know were I stand. Is there anything in writing? What is RM's policy?

You should have 15 mins built in to the end of your duty to pouch off but it takes me 35 as im no where near the office or a post office.

No more pouching off when the new delivery methods come in - everyone will return to the office, so I wouldn't worry about it.

As far as I'm aware you cannot leave anything in a drop box.You can pouch into a postbox if there aren't any specials in it,but other than post offices it's a no no.

If I was your driver I'd tell you to bolt to tbh.

depends on the office,some use pouch boxes and drivers collect from them

This isnt your problem. Its your DOM`S problem. He gets paid for managing, let him manage. Explain the issues to him and ask for guidance in writing (to cover your back). do whatever he wants, its goin to cost him whatever.
