Will othe people leave 20% of there d2d work for the floater who covers your day off if they are getting the supplement they can earn it!

My floter always complains he never has time to do them but yesterday was my day off and he took three sets of election material and i mean all of them 650 doors worth 1950 items greedy twat but left the 20% of d2ds that he was suposed to do w****r. :shock:

He'd better do them. He might not like doing them, but there's no chance I'll have time now.
Oh, and if he's getting £20 for doing 1 day's worth and I'm getting £20 for doing 5, then he sure as sherbert can do them!

Split your walk into 6 equal parts(Mon - Sat).
Floater will have no choice but to take 16.67% of your D2D.

Have you asked your floater to do them before?? or was it easier for you to do them all in tyhe past and get all the money for them :hmmmm

Well they/i will be doing them 5 days as they will be doing 1 days of them on 4 other duties.

Also if you are part time will the full timers be throwing them in for you ? because they get the full rate not pro rata .In fact they can keep track of whats been delivered as well :Very Happy

The managers will identify 16% and that will be set, Monday will always be the same block, Tuesday will always be the same block etc. it was all in the download from Postman yesterday.

I will be doing 80% an not a single one more.

And frankly I couldnt care who throws them in on my day off, or if they're not done, cos I still wont be doing them.

Here we have a scenario begging to be a disaster.

Joe, the cover on your day off, realises there is a sh1t load of D2D to go and decides to take a sickie, they draft in Sam at short notice who says I'm not prepared to do the D2D but I'll clear the delivery. Now you and I know the D2D is going to become part of the workload and save untold jobs, total bullshit of course, however the line manager desperate to get rid of the delivery says OK. Next day you walk in to be faced with 33.2% of D2D, you are told that because it is workload YOU have to take them - what do you do?
