As it say's above,i voted yes,i'm a delivery postman and have been for above 20 years,and NO i don't think the deals the best thing since sliced bread.

Because, as the Yanks say, Stoopid is, as Stoopid does. Seeing as this deal does absolutely nothing to either improve or enhance your working conditions, and will indeed go some way towards making your conditions of employment worse, I have one question.......WHY, OH, WHY, DID YOU VOTE YES?????

You read the other threads on here like try and find the cuprits etc etc

& i sit here i made a democratic decision and i voted yes,i have tried to read most threads

during this ballot and the Vast majority are against,they have there reasons and i have mine.

What i do find annoying at best is the half of CWU members that didn't even bother.

nevertheless that is democracy and the membership has voted, i hate this decision. But we are not the only ones working at RM and thats how it is!

What was the bit of the deal which made you vote yes was it the £400 you were going to get or the D2D in workload even though it already is?.

Stormproof of course i have a life outside RM,just like you and everyone on here,BUT to continue my hobbies and keep my house i need a fulltime job.
