how many d2ds will we get in2 weeks 3,4,5,6,7 watch this space and prepare to suffer

We were told by the union and royal mail that when we had more D2D we would have time in our duty to prep them, lets see if that happens. Or will this first promise that gets broken?

a pay rise with longer saturday hours more work and less money.........come on that really is impressive negotiating on the part or royal mail and to have the union executive agree to it OMG send Royal Mail negotiating team into the middle east.

It could be 100% of D2D's EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK!
You could have 3+ D2D's to deliver PER DAY.

You WON'T get paid for them any more.
Some idiots think they'll have much smaller rounds and no absorption. Ahahahha. Stupidity!

I can't see it happening. I was off on Monday and came in today to find all of Saturdays retained mail still on the frame, all the top flats left and no re-directions done. If the management can't control the delivery of mail how the hell are they going to keep on top of D2D? We are well and truely shafted!!

if you dont have time you cut off simple rem d2d into workload now and i suppose you can now claim ot and you wont be pulled for d2d being reason for being late

d2d has been IN workload since the relevant agreement in 1983 or whenever it was. There is NO change on d2d and workload and if you do more per day than you are told to eg above 20% you will still be told u can't claim OT that day. d2d was already in workload prep + delivery!
