Lapsing isn't optional?

This is what I was told by my manager and I asked for the agreement but no reponse

Was told the first day of sick we have to do 45 houses each on a duty as central as possible (means people have to swap duties)

Is this true? Also odd that only 12 of us had to do it opposed to the entire office

Lapsing isn't optional - going over your contracted ours is. If the lapsing doesn't fit into any spare time you have before your official finishing time you have the option to refuse it or request an extended delivery payment to be agreed before leaving the office. It is illegal to force unpaid overtime and a matter of goodwill on your part to accept paid overtime. See your rep - if you haven't got one then get one - if you have a bad one - replace him.

My attitude from now on,RM has run on our good will for far to long,now lets show them enough is enough.
They can bring in all the agreements they like, without us they are nothing.
