I doublt it will be till van sharing comes in within each office,as I know for a fact my office wouldnt be able to cope without the twats using their own cars.

i think you need to get real,thats all royal mail have done for last 2 years,they pick the bits they want ,and don,t bother with the bits they don,t like!!,we get told by the union we have a week to deliver d2d on lapsing walks,manager tells us they have to be done mon ,tues,what does union do,now,t,the union is doomed everyone needs to understand this,the managers will see the ageement there way ,and the union will just shrug its shoulders and let them do what they like

I need to get real maybe you need to look at some of my postings, anyway, the agreement plainly states that RM can't just ignore what they don't like and the deal will be overseen by ACAS.

PS. I'm a no voter because I know RM 'managers' will just do what their budget dictates but we really need to overwhelm ACAS with all the times that RM breaks the agreement.

this agreement (in theory) gives the local union reps more power to sort out just these kind of problems. But they have no power at all if they don't get the support of their members so now we really must pull together and stand strong, don't let the managers bully you.

They're as 'banned' as they were last time. I.E people will still use them and management will turn a blind eye as it's helping out the drivers.
