No the Cwu are not convinced that royal mail have turned the corner that's why acas and roger Poole will still be overseeing the agreement! Remember most of the bullying took place when we did not have an agreement . There comes a time in any relationship when you either move forward and attempt to see whether the other side are going to change or you accept you can never have another agreement . The membership has decided to see if royal mail are willing to change.

Seems to be the case with any agreement that's gone before unfortunately RM have there own idea's until you change the whole senior management stucture this agreement is worthless and unworkable.

Given our intention to change the nature of the relationship between Royal Mail and CWU and build trust across the organisation the parties will continue to be supported through the initial stages of deployment by the independent facilitator, Roger Poole and Peter Harwood, Chief Conciliator of ACAS.

Remind me exactly what the initial stages of deployment are dingo.....1 month...3 months....Next Tuesday.
