Tell me your story about the time when u was on a "bad" walk and then managed to get onto a "nice" walk.

how long did it take and how did you manage to get it changed.

and was u more happier with your job after that .

im gagging.

Agree with that. Been a reserve for two years ; until the last few months when I picked up a float (due to the regular floats illness).

Reserve is a tough gig indeed.

They are all shite these days, I am a floater and my 'best' walk is the one which actually takes 3 and a half hours!!
