Well Im sure it should be Dave...but hang on a second..some members are getting paid nearly 7p for election leaflets, some as little as 3p and then some who it looks like wont be paid anything !! Add your own "fairness" to this thread , Im sure there are plenty more !!
Early shift allowance in delivery will be permanently retained....
We have decoupled any link between pay and pension reform. Pensions will now be dealt with separately as a group-wide issue and members will be balloted separately following the conclusion of the legal consultation process.....

It was different set ups and payment amounts before the national agreement was made.
Those who are not geting paid should submit greviances as they are entitled to payment under the national agreement.

Surely these months of negotiation could of come up with a flat rate for one & all
" Single unit payment for election material same rate for all" all say i - i - motion carried!!!!
MDEC workers are on a lower rate of pay than everyone else in RM. Well, some of them are. Any who have transferred from delivery offices are still on the higher rate. So workers doing the same job, in the same building, sat at the same desks are on different hourly rates. Fair?
When the union is asked about this they tell us 'we've tried to sort it out but we got nowhere'.
What a surprise.
Why do these Yes Men keep falling into the same old trap. Every time they take up an argument they get blown out of the water by a sensible response. What is it that they are getting that makes them follow the Union line without even suggesting that there may be an alternative argument. Anyone put their finger on it, as I would not like to raise any suggestions that might be misconstrude.

When area rep, div rep, branch secretary wont support us this is very very difficult.
