Getting paid off

I'm seriously considering taking the voluntary redundancy route out of RM, My uncle runs a scaffolding firm and there is a job there for me if I want it.... Gotta be better than this s**t

I'm just wondering how do they work out your pay off?? Heard loads about it lately but nobody has figures, Our Doms on one of his many friggin holidays so I just get blank stares in our gaff

the last time they offered evr in our office over 20 applied,only one got it on seniority!!
