Advice please
Can a manager put something in your file? with no charge and not giving the member a copy of the interview/statements. thanks in advance

They can put in counseling notes if given. Also your rep could ask for a copy. If no joy FOI (Freedom of Information) Act 2000! Apply in writing should cost about £10 with everything they have written about you!

without even knowing what the "document" refers to its hard to give advice. I don't know RM rules regarding this but I used to work in a HR related posts and keeping record of peoples punctuality and time keeping without informing them would be the norm. For instance "Postman A was 10 minutes late on a certain day - Advised them informally about time keeping" would be acceptable as its building up a picture.

we have been told in our office that due to this new delivery method coming in shared vans etc we will be losing 3 full time driving vacancys they will be put on a walk etc will these drivers be classed as DISPLACED drivers and have royal mail got to find them a driving duty if vacancys arise in the area or make vacancys what is the procedure
