Due to leave Royal Mail at the end of the month and have got my ballot paper but not to sure if I should use my vote. :neutral:

With only having 2 weeks left is it fair to use my vote? :hmmmm

Whichever way you vote - use it in a way that you feel will benefit those you leave behind.

But PLEASE vote - I am fed up with all the "what ifs?" that we get whenever there is a poor turn out, whether it be in a CWU organised vote on our future jobs or a Parliamentary Election vote on our countries future.

Yeah used my vote and it's a NO vote from me, main reason is D2D and the pro rata the poor part-timers have to suffer with..

Good luck with it guys and hope you all get it a good deal what ever happens.
