I am unsure if a plan 'B' has been drafted,the union guys i have spoke to seemed to have it in their heads and minds,that the deal will come in no matter what,the mail centers will close and d2d's into workload ect ect,if its a no vote,i guess it'll be drafted in by executive action and rm will save on the money we were due for excepting said deal,i cant quiet get my head around why the closing date for the ballot has been extended,i think the votes are counted as they are received at the returning officiers address,it certainly would'nt be extended because the vote aint going the way the union wants it to go.As to the result,i've always said it'll be close,i just hope the members use their vote instead of just binning as i see so often with any union mail received by many members.

From what I have heard not everyone has had a ballot paper yet.

Were you ever in the forces BD? A plan works fine until the first shot is fired and then you have to wing it. What if? There are a million combinations of what ifs, who can say what any individual unit is going to do if the vote is no. The least we can expect is for the union to take up the challenge to FIND a Plan B or C or D at the very least one that IS acceptable to the membership.

TBH I wonder what individual units are going to do if the vote is a YES.
