Guaranteed no overtime

Further to my post on saturday '1 day door to door delivery'.
New developments from lino today, after trying to claim overtime for last week in part due to not getting my d2ds until friday which meant that i was over my finish time, which in turn caused a disagreement in that and i quote "you already are getting paid for d2d so you cant claim".
So to cover myself i phoned lino after my 1st bag was delivered today to ask were my d2ds are this week to be told that from tomorrow i was being moved to another walk.
After getting quite worked up about this i called him back to see if i could stay on my walk as its near where i live and i have my 1st bag delivered to my house ,against my nature to grovel but having to go back into the office and dealing with all the shite that i used to get filled me with dread.

This was the reply what i got, originally told that i would be doing a town walk so i could be closer to the delivery office so they could keep a closer eye on me sign in, sign out , it turns out that it would be 2 miles away so same problems as before will it be prepped every morning ? waiting for my bags ?, having to pouch off at the end as i have said before work only 4 hours a day to include travelling time to 1st letter, 20 minute break and pouching off before i finish.
Told him not happy about being moved and that i would be working to my time if moved as i have to get home to pick my son up from school, "cant you get someone else to collect him", "no" i told him "thats why i work the hours that i do".

Gobsmacked by his next remark if you want to stay on your walk can you guarantee that you wont claim anymore overtime wtf no i cant, well you will have to move as it seems i am the only one claiming o/t aaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggggggg.

Anyway phones me later to tell me that i wont be moved till monday now and to discuss this more when i see him on saturday, THIS IS NOT RIGHT .

I'd be onto my rep straight away. You really need to get together with your DOM and rep, and sort something sensible out. Being forced to do 100% of your door to doors in one day is not on, and then not being paid overtime. . . the mind boggles.

This situation is going from worse to worse. Now your being pressurised into working over your own time without claiming its disgraceful. You need to speak to your rep asap as this cannot continue.

yes, get the rep involved - the area rep. then if you're still being "singled out" coz you're the only one claiming o/t - get the div rep involved and ask them to raise the issue with HQ.

RM were meant to step back from their bullying tactics and apparently, the directors want to know of any managers who are still doing this, and the only way to let the RM directors know is via the reps from HQ.
