royal mail chat is just dissidents who are anti union

looking at a lot of posts i came to the conclusion, like a lot of other people, that the union was in grave danger of losing tons upon tons of members due to their lack of fight against royal Jail management......

a colleague of mine approached the union rep in our office, to be told, dont take any heed of that royal mail chat website...

he asked why not???

response "they are just dissidents and most of them arent even union members, they need to wise up and get on with change"

All they have to do is look at the 'anyone got their ballot papers?' thread to see how many of us are in the union.

I suppose it makes a change from being trade union zealots, opposed to everything Royal Mail.
Or it could be that we use this site to air our views about what is wrong with our jobs, whether it is caused by RM, the CWU or our colleagues.
(Mind you, I am now a dissident, anti-cwu RMC member...unless of course the membership refuse to endorse the latest attack on or terms and conditions.)

Hmmmm say to your rep,POSTMAN says,if it wasn't for inept union reps like him,there wouldn't be any need for RMC.

Im my office i tell the lads to get on this site 90% of the time were getting info from here before our branch.

Funnily enough i mentioned this site to billy hayes he gave me a disgruntled look and didnt bother answering my questions at our agm.

An activist i am a dissident i am not thinking about i oppose change on a regular basis so im both GRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEAAAAATTTTTTTT as tony tiger would say.
