Pretty much the same at mine. What ive noticed is the ones who do not sort but throw off their own rounds seem really busy collecting in every 5 mins etc. But as soon as the ips is finished they are on a coffee break for 15 mins. This really gets me going :arrrghhh :arrrghhh

We've got a fantastic system going in our office where at the end of the ips,everyone crowds round the part-time rounds to finish them off. Sometimes 6 or 7 of us to one frame all trying to find a gap through arms and bodies to sort the mail. It's the future! :roll:

in the future bunkerland the frames will be so big there will be room for everybody. :crazy:
