Reduction in hours?

If there is a yes vote and our working week is redced by one hour when will that come into effect? Immediately or after the revision? I asked a manager today and he looked at me like I was something bad on the bottom of his shoe.

So different offices will be on diffrent rates of pay to others !
Some people will be getting more per hour than others
Yet another example of how this agreement benifits some while others lose out.

Why arn't we all being reduced at the same time and working the extra hour on O/T until your office has had a revision

I'm more interested in why the car ban thing is not until you have oodles of vans in your office :cuppa
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
