What really bugs me, being on a 30hr contract, all the figues that are spread across the office advertising the new agreement
are for full timers. i.e. £400 for me is actually £300 etc;
What I would like to know, is after the full timers hours reduce down to 39hrs, I will still be on 30hrs, will I get a slightly bigger slice for pro rata?
Also D2D! we are doing the same job as FT'ers for less money, what all that about?

because these numpties think its ok to REMOVE our d2d money and INCREASE the work load that is allready unbearable.

im all for people that dont deliver getting d2d's to recieve this new payment.

But why should i need to suffer for that and im the one delivering the things!

Yes because one all the changes are in place then pro rata would be based on 39 hours and not 40.

Therefore if we have a £1000 bung in later negotiations each hour you are contracted to work would be worth £25.64 instead of as present £25.00

so now £1000 pro rata for 30 hours = £750 - after the change to 39 hours £769.20

Qualifier - At least that's how I understand it although its not spelled out in the proposal quite so clearly, merely implied.
