if you have grandfather rights do you still keep the early morning allowance .we had a meeting with area rep who said we still keep it which i thought was wrong.

Yep, the dawn shift mbrs at my D.O will be due to come to the end of their 3 years protection this year. Out of pocket even without infinty and beyond.

Forever, but ONLY if no agreement on pay restructuring could be found. One of those working group things that never really took place.

Powers that be were able to agree on pay restructring as part of 2010 that being the supplement.

Can someone please explain to me why all NDA was not included in the pot? after all, the rational given by the union was that this money was being captured before it leached away forever from members back to RM. Why isn't the dawn shift money included?

I have always done 4.00am for about 15 years until 2007 when the later starts began

I was told i would keep my £22 under grandfather rights....yes or no?

I am now told its the 50 to 60 year olds that keep it under grandfather rights....yes or no?

I am only 39???

You keep it for 3 years, not sure if the oldies get it for longer.
