Later Starting times and Security...

What with the later starting times ahead for us - Who's going to have trouble getting into Closes / Flats as the Service Buttons are gonna be off by the time we get round our Duty's and how my Residents are gonna be well p!ssed off that their Service Button will now have to be put back so it's still on til Mid afternoon or Tea-Time so we can get into deliver their Post.. and then there's the Security aspect that anyone can get in at any time of the day-time i can see more Break-ins once the Junkies know that closes are still opened by the time the get out the beds in the afternoon..

i wouldnt bother if the doors are closed bring it back and let them all complain to rm managers or better still leave it in the frame and tell them its to late no access to these flats leave the ball in there court they started the mess were in let them clear it up

Totaly agree, it's bad enough at the mo trying to get into flats with most service buttons going off at 12 o'clock

Flats on my delivery all have a entry code, for the 2nd half of the delivery I will be using them everyday.

At the moment Im getting in every day without using them due to the clocks going forward, but once they go back it will mean using entry codes again.

Local council have refused to move the timer past midday citing 'security issues'.

Flats with security codes are not immune as these fail to work after 12pm.

Believe me...ive done a council estate on overtime and had to bring near on the whole walk back 'cause i couldnt get in, only for the lino to go mental the next morning.

Let them eat cake...

It's not your problem.
Managers are paid more than us to sort things like this out.
