worked 2 weeks holiday last summer in an agrement with my line manager whom has since left on the i can have saturdays off for football well that went tits up,
as soon as my manager found out he told the new line manager not to give them to me as he was going to slot me in somewere in april the full 2 weeks
this morning he told me i was on holiday as of next week ,i said i didn,t want that week !
tough was his answer .soi said i,ll have a word with my rep .
anyway iv,e put a grievence in as they are not holding there part of the deal .
so what is the answer dont do deals i think .
