Why don't they send it DSA as it gets a better service than 1st class. And thanks to them it's a hell of a lot cheaper!!

"Royal Mail state that ‘it’s the business who employ you, pays you and contributes to your pensions scheme "
1) I notice that they have conveniently forget to mention the 10 yr pension holiday that Royal Mail had.
2) I am a member of the CWU, who has had a legal secret ballot and I have used my legal right to take industrial action.
3) If Royal Mail were really concerned about business they would negotiate rather than try to dictate and bully the CWU unlike the way they treat their managers.
4) The colleague share is all ifs and butts not real money in my pay.
5) My Union has never said the " Voting for strikes will not lead to strike action "
6) " There is no more money available for pay " but the business can buy plasma screens that are always on standby wasting electricity. If that really is the case prove it release the Accounts for the last financial year.
7) "Only 7 of the P O branches out of 14,500, not sure I believe that because they probably forget to mention branches are franchises in other stores anyway, the ones that were open were probably staffed by managers who probably were told what to do by a business who dictates.
8) "The business has a strong and successful future ahead of it, if we all work together " my response , practice what you preach.
9) If these strikes were inaffective as you say, why do I get these almost begging letters almost every week asking us to work normally. Try looking at the many pictures on here of posties protesting outside their place of work.
10) Lastly, I have my own mind, I voted yes for i/a because i opted to use democratic right to do so, it does not matter how many letters some laccy prepares for you, I am here for the long haul, you probably will not be.

Did they really? Well, I sent mine back 'refused', but Royal Mail don't pay me at all. The customer pays Royal Mail, and Royal Mail take about three quarters of what I earn and let me have what's left. And that goes for the rest of us too.evilc wrote:"Royal Mail state that ‘it’s the business who employ you, pays you and contributes to your pensions scheme
