The payment for the item should be at D2D rate by the look of it - as it seems to be a D2D contract.

Each party/candidate is allowed to send ONE addressed OR unaddressed mailing in their constituency - NOT both.
However, this applies to "election material" only.

If a candidate or party wants to send an addressed "election" mailing AND and unaddressed D2D mailing they can do so.
Or, if they wanted to send an unaddressed mailing and then follow it with stamped/meter addressed letters they could do that as well.

Looking at the label I presume this is one of three D2D for the week? If so then payment at D2D rate is right.

We were told in WTlying this morning that adressed material would pay 4p per Item, non addressed 3p per item, so if you have four polling cards for one house that would be 16p.
We were also told that the extra time was costed in the payment, so we wont be able to book excess on Election material

Yes you are being screwed.The link is on here somewhere but you should get paid for them.

We had the 2nd class paid polling cards yesterday, and was told we wouldn't be paid for them either.

So in theory there should be no reason to cut off

there's a very good reason if you have a duty that goes over time virtually every day. i book excess delivery nearly day so if i'm told i can't do this because of the election material then theres no way i'm going over my time hence not only election stuff but live mail will not be delivered
