there u go son a super dooper oversized walk.. well send u out with sumone to show u how to do it...

we expect this done in 3.5 hours son.

you can work 40 hours but will only get paid 20 when it comes to holidays!

oh and do you know what pro rata means.. :arrrghhh

When you had your resource meeting last week,(you or your rep),did you/they not ask,"How many vacancies do we have?" This is the question that should be asked by all reps in resource meetings.

The part timers you saw are obviously filling full time vacancies in which is against the Interim Agreement.

Find out the vacancies,then put your reserves against them,(for 6 months).

The vacancies left should go up for signing,and is available for part timers to sign for that full time vacancy.

If this is(and it is),executive action,get your area rep and divisional reps phone/email, and ask "Why are you not doing anything about this?".

Your manager has done this.......BECAUSE YOUR OFFICE LET HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!
