Well as RM doesn't have a good employment policy, never provides appropriate equipment, doesn't give a s**t about safe working practices and never sticks to national agreements, the whole thing is really already out the window, so i suppose it's really only going to be used to get rid of people thy consider are not up to running around for however many hours they dictate.

While i agree everyone should be working to a good standard, we are paid to work right?

How can we be expected to work at the standards Royal Mail want when we're not given the correct equipment for the job? The frames in our offices are a disgrace, hand written, some houses not even on the frame, some deliveries dont even have bag drops on them theyhave to go 10 mins to another walk to get a bag. Posties are expected to work at a certain standard but Royal Mail dont seem to have to provide us with correct equipment to enable us to reach these standards yet who will get the blame?? the postie

Its alright for a manager having to work to the top 10% because 10% of s**t all excuse the term, is s**t all, so they will all be able to achieve that.
