Grievance Case - rock solid if he did explain that he had, and the reasons behind the decision.

The reasons he did may well be 100% valid but he should explain it to you why he reduced/expunged the claim.

No he can't, and we will sort that young upstart out, he may be a blackbelt and the new kid on the block, kid being a good example, but he wont beat us my friend :Very Happy
