I've got 3 boys - Joseph, Michael and Paul.
One girl whose given name is Luisa Amanda (named after the palomita mensajera -Luisa Amanda Espinosa -the first female Sandinista to die in combat) but everyone just calls her "Topper".
Mrs CCR decided we aren't going to have any more kids so having had the snip I've been lying here swollen and bruised with not a lot to do.
A relative gave me a copy of "Granny made me an Anarchist" by Stuart Christie to read knowing I'd hate it but some of it seems to have been written by certain posters on here.

Of the strike by the NUS -" the strike was forced by the rank and file. The NUS leadership was disparagingly referred to as the National Union of Shipowners."
During the evenements of May '68 -" Neither of the two major French Unions were ever on the side of the revolutionaries ."
Later in Red Clydeside - " pragmatic union officials agreed to surrender thousands of jobs and accept a no-strike clause"

So it seems that every charge laid at our present union leaders has been levelled at all trade union leadres for at least the last 50 years by a certain section of society.
The best bit of the book comes right at the end when Stuart Christie decides to leave London and moves to ..........Huddersfield.

TBH not heard of him before but you have got me interested I think I'l research him and get a few books as well.

It's usually those certain sections of the union that keep the leadership on their toes and force them into taking action, as was the case last year.
