i was in while they tried to deliver but the lazy arsehole was to fuckijn lazy to go to my door at top of flats to deliver it so he left a u was out card at the botttom of the stairs WTF
one day part timers will have the same right as full timers

If you woz a proper postie you would only order stuff where it is being delivered by Royal Mail,just like we all do on here,serves you right. :so there
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I must admit ive stopped an order at the checkout when it says "citylink or DHL ". Thats one reason i use Amazon mostly as they nearly always use us. :Very Happy

Normally says "other courior" I ve emailed sellers before and asked for RM recorded instead. Most are willing to change it if you say you wont buy.

I think the only time i got refused was on some car parts (brake discs) and they were heavy so they wanted to stick with thier contract.

Now you find out if DHL will re-deliver on the day you want or just come back the next day when your at work. Then they send it back or make you travel 20 miles to pick it up giving them 48 hrs notice of course :left:

i tell them the buzzer isnt working so there like ohhhh well we acnt go pressing other peoples buzzers WTF

so im like well i wont be home will after 2 ! and there like ohhhhh we can make deliver times just wenever he is there.

so im like well if hes in the area phone him as ive only jsut missed him ohhhh we cant do thatttt..

so do u want it delivered tomorrow or not?? they said to me WTF

i think you'd find the above would be the same regardless of what company being used.

May I be so crass as to suggest that if you fixed the buzzer perhaps this would sort out some of your concerns. I mean have you not had grief from a customer whose bell does not work, and thought how unfair it was,

i had a message on the buzzer stating BUZZER DOES NOT WORK.

If it was me id probably buzz the neighbour and say i have a packet for next door ...

But since im here to actualyl deliver something i better try get in...

whast the big deal here it was 3pm in the afternoon.

THE SAME WAY WE HVE TO BUZZ TO GET IN WEN WE DONT HAVE KEYS
