Step 1 - Pay £20.60 a week for Door To Doors instead of 1.67p or so per item,
Step 2 - Consolidate the £20.60 into the weekily rate,
Step 3 - Change from a weekly to a monthly rate,
Step 4 - Introduce banked hours,
Step 5 - Sell Royal Mail off to a foreign competitor.
