I bet they are sh!tting themselves, they can imagine all the hassle they will have to deal with because regardless of any "fair workload" mentioned the DIM s will be planning the biggest walks possible. If our DIM is anything to go by when the line manager says "They've all cut off, loads of mail coming back to the office." He'll probably reply "It's your responsibility to get it delivered, anything else before I go home?"

More on a 1 to 1 basis,they're not exactly shouting it through a megaphone or anything,but neither are they hiding their opinions.
Think about it,do you think they really want to work to 3/4pm on a Saturday either?

We might just be lucky but our managers are all ex posties,so they do know the script,albeit it's been a long long time since they done a duty!
