How often do you have a union meeting?

Just wondering as I havent seen one advertised or heard about one at ours for at least a year. If I get a note about one on my fitting I always make the effort to attend. Trouble is we hardly ever see our rep to ask him when we're having a meeting. Is this normal practice? considering the name...Communication workers union....the communication is very poor at all levels. I would like a meeting once a month, once every 2 months should be the bare minimum.

We have one about three times a year or so, but I have to say our rep is pretty good and keeps everybody up to speed with whatever is going on within RM, try having a word with your rep next time you see him or failing that find out who your area rep is and ask him

if a CWU rep has a meeting at our delivery office, with the agreement of our DOM, to explain the current paydeal, what is the situation with the time taken for the meeting, does it have to be classed as our meal relief or do we 'owe' this time back to the DOM?

i think we have had about 3 meetings.....in the past 10 years There is no "togetherness" or "union" in our place....its dog eat dog and everyman /woman for themselves.
