I'm 99.9% a NO VOTER.. But would be tempted to VOTE YES if :-

1. Mail Deliveries are completed in the morning, i.e TIME of LAST LETTER = 12:00 o'clock.

2. Same goes for a Saturday.

3. 1 in 4 Saturdays sounds good, lets test it for the foreseeable future.

4. Let D2D payments stay as they are! thou an increase to 2p an item, rather than the 1.67p and i'd gladly take out more D2D's.

5. Increase the Golden carrot to £5k.

6. Keep Colleague Shares seperate.

The D2D structure should remain as it is now. If the RM want us to deliver more D2Ds then we should be compensated for this accordingly. It shouldn't just be them that profit.
Ultimately it isn't about the money it's about the workload that is going to be expected of you, and if you can't meet their requirements the bullying and harrassment.

The problem with the last one postghost is that it would be the same lying,bullying managers who would judge who was "swinging lead".
Would you trust them to apply any standards fairly?..or would they just look after their favourites?

If your answer is yes,(and lets be honest,Tuesdays,(and Mondays) are embarasingly light,would the call rate on Pegasus be as THEY want it?

Also,we know our PT are being shat on at present,now do we keep them off the ESA and NOT contribute to our pension scheme? (This would mean no new money going in)

That take on where we are / should be (and I assume you have taken al external / internal factors into consideration) is frightening.

This is big boys stuff my friend not a kid in a sweet shop (i want i want).

I really do give up if anyone on here thinks that given the whole backdrop to the dispute, automation, the economic and industrial climate etc this is in anyway, shape or form realistic.

It sounds more like a letter to Father Christmas than a dispute resolution.
