I can't help get the feeling that there are a lot of 'official' posters on this forum.

What better propaganda than a topic title which catches your eye and has a long post giving a one sided view.
With unsubstantiated and incomplete figure many people would just read the first few posts and take it as fact and it may even swing their vote to the other side.
And to make matters worse, the more people post a reply the longer the posts stays in the 'recent posts' list and the more people read it.

I'm not advocating any non-democratic methods of viewing a forum but I am highlighting the possibility that Royal Mail has the motive, means and money to pay a psychology specialist to work out the best way to swing a vote.

And don't forget:
1) The workloads won't change, because the deal contains no garantees. So RM won't "play ball".
2) WCM will be used to cut resources, and little (if anything) else. And will be introduced in DOs, as well as MC/RDCs.
3) The people who'll gain financially, will do so at the expense of other Posties.
4) Part-timers will take another hit.

It don't think it matters whether a YES vote or No vote we will be privatised. If the deal goes through, new employees, new contract terms and this deal counts for he haw.
CWU asking us to vote when pension etc are not resolved is just a joke.

You forgot that the £20.60 supplement is pro rata,only those on 39 hour contracts will actually see the full £20.60.
Bizarrely though,people working in the callers office,locker,back shift etc will get the full supplement without actually delivering any of them.
