DOW, ALL delivery staff are being sold down the river, this is not about PT OR FT, its everyone.

Dogs of war (pink floyd fan?) I'm part time and I know I'm being sold down the river,but I can't do a thing about it other than vote NO.

I only hope words turn into votes,otherwise I'm looking for a new job.

Well I know I am very vociferous about wanting a NO vote and I AM part time, though through choice, and under the new agreement I WILL be better of by between 36p and 44p per week. So in theory at least ALL part time members won't be worse off but I would imagine that in my office of 40% part timers, amounting to something like 60+ members, there will be just two of us that cannot complain we are worse off and why? because we don't do D2D.

There are many reasons why this deal is bad for the members, money not being the most important, but clearly part time members have been severely affected by the disbursement of the monies and unfairly discriminated against.

The ESA should have been left alone, if you got it you got it end of. D2D payments clearly has not been given due consideration.

Surely the monies from ESA would still have been there when people leave and could have been ring fenced for future pay rises.

Truly I don't know what the answer is but I do know this isn't it and it needs to be looked at again with a more equitable disbursement of the available money.
