Ballot Papers.

The Ballot papers come out on Friday 9th April. What’s the delay? Last time we voted for industrial action the ballot papers was on our doorstep within a couple of days.
The ballots last day of posting will be Friday 23rd April.
I Wouldn’t mind betting by the time the papers are in and counted the result will be announced two weeks later on May 7th. That’s the day after the Elections. When all the Election material has been out and posted. Something stinks here. It will be fiddled like the railway ballot. And the deal will go through. Mark my words…..

Even though "no" will be the majority vote, they are goin to rig it to a yes vote.

And before anyone asks me how I know the majority will vote "no" the bottom line is everyone on here we're all from different locations and we all want a "no" vote and most if not all of our offices want a "no" too.

So if "yes" gets voted in its a conspiracy.

I think the result will be close but i feel it will be a no vote mainly due to the later sat. However those who rem the "way forward" agreement will know that the deal will then be mashed around and then put out again worded different but meaning the same :arrrghhh

I'm guessing "Yes" (but voting NO!)

The local mailcentre is apparently quite pleased with it, as they get the extra 20 squid. They also have a much higher number of union members than any of the local DO's. This agreement is obviously made to tempt mailcentre staff, and london staff who don't do d2d's anyway.

The result will be "Yes."

And the rest of us will be f****d.

Yep. Ill vote NO but think it will go thru with Mail Centre vote. Feel like Im gonna be shafted.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
