royal mail have broken our union
Take a good look at this deal .....as a delivery postman there is nothing in it for us apart from the fact we still just about have a job. how the hell can i go on strike when the headlines read 6.9% pay rise £1000 bonus plus a shorter working week looking at the headlines i wouldnt suport anyone striking with a deal like that on offer and to top that We can decide how our office is run..... happy days But we all know we have been stitched up good and proper...i know at least 50% of union members in our office will pull out of the cwu for them backing this deal.this means the end for the cwu if this is the feeling nationaly well done royal mail you have done what you set out to do and dressed it up very very well ..... anyone want to comment on this

Re: royal mail have broken our union
I left the union last week before i get the chance to vote no. Why? Because it makes no bloody difference at all. The cwu are @rse lickers and management lackies. 2 more quit this week from my DO. After the vote i reckon the rest will follow.
Thanks for nothing cwu. You bunch of pathetic wasters.

Re: royal mail have broken our union
Question is how do you get rid of a union without provoking rebellion. Well you chip away and then get the union itself to induce total redundancy

now that the union and management has '
amalgamated' what hope is there for any fair minded postie. just be ready to be shackled to the frame every morning and forget about any previous life you had.

IMHO Absolutely correct - The RMTs recent ballot result had a majority of only 113 - every vote does count.AnotherLimey wrote:Should have had your vote firstbottletree wrote:I left the union last week before i get the chance to vote no. Not really well thought out leaving the union before the ballot! DOH! Thought Delivery were going to bring in a no vote? What then? Those of us how voted yes leave? Don't think so! DEMOCRACY every time!
Conservatives are not necessarily stupid, but most stupid people are conservatives.
