reps covering management duties

Hi has anyone got a copy of the branch model rules/constitution which are supplied by HQ? I have grave concerns regarding reps acting as managers, as there seems to be a few doing this in our area that I am aware of, surely it has to be against the rules? Can anyone out there confirm what I believe?

i think they need to decide were there Priorities lie. If they are considering going into mangement then maybe time to let someone else have a go at been a rep.
How can a Cwu member/ rep use the conduct code agianst a paying cwu member ? I Rember years ago a rep when into managing and staff had a whip round i think he got thirty five pences.lol

Well talking to 2 Union Members who are acting as Managers they were apparently asked to resign by the rep as even acting they are not of an appropriate grade to be represented by the CWU. They both did resign.
